Program Details

*This class meets 2 days per week for 4 weeks. Each class is 45 mins. in length.*

Gain confidence and self-reliance in the water.

Designed for: Swimmers with little or no swimming experience.

Prerequisites:
  • None

Class Components:
  • Safe water entry and exit
  • Basic breath control
  • Body balance (float on your front and back)
  • Glide on front and back
  • Introduction to front crawl (freestyle) and back crawl (backstroke)
  • Swim a width of the shallow end
