Program Details

*This class meets 2 days per week for 4 weeks. Each class is 45 mins. in length.*

Build your confidence while developing fundamental stroke and breathing techniques.

Designed for: Swimmers who are comfortable in shallow water and have been introduced to deep water.

Prerequisites:
  • Completion of Swim Lesson - Beginner

  • OR

  • Float for 30 seconds on front and back
  • Ability to comfortably submerge head under water
  • Demonstrate stroke technique of front and back crawl

Class Components:
  • Practice and improve front and back crawl
  • Rotational breathing in front crawl
  • Introduction to elementary backstroke and breaststroke
  • Open turns
  • Treading water and deep water safety
