Designed for: Swimmers who are comfortable in shallow water and have been introduced to deep water.
- Completion of Swim Lesson - Beginner
- Float for 30 seconds on front and back
- Ability to comfortably submerge head under water
- Demonstrate stroke technique of front and back crawl
- Practice and improve front and back crawl
- Rotational breathing in front crawl
- Introduction to elementary backstroke and breaststroke
- Open turns
- Treading water and deep water safety
